Leadership With A Purpose

Why do we need leadership with Christ-centered?

• This is our original design, to rule and have dominion as it said in Genesis 1:28, but that design was changed when sin comes. Thanks to the Father, through Jesus Christ He has given us the authority to lead with Him.

When do we need leadership with Christ-centered?

• When people lost authority.
• When people lacking godly character.

The truth about the churches today many have started, but not many have successfully completed it. Why?

• The Problem is Leadership Crisis.
• They are not being preserved.
• They are not being caught by the vision.

It is time to embrace the cell vision, be encouraged and take the challenged,  we will turn every believers into leaders and make them disciples of Jesus because the Our Lord is truly moving all over the world.

God will awaken our leadership with Christ-centered purpose as we respond for this calling. I am amazed about this book and excited about what God will do in our lives, as we develop this kind of leadership.

CONCLUSION :

We believers as Christians, must understand  that we are the answer to the Spiritual crisis that our world is facing. If we will only see ourselves according to how God sees us, and  If everyone would say that "If I change everything will change too".

Remember that we are being called for a purpose that means we can do something, as it said in Matthew 9:38 NLT So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields."
