For us to be an effective Leader we should be associated by vision, because the vision determines everything in the process toward success.

Leader must have vision, because the vision makes us able to move according what we want to achieved.

The Vision For the New Millennium

·         In carrying God's vision experience is required.

·         In carrying God's vision hardworking is one of the qualities.

We are the fruit of God's dream.

In order for us to achieve our purpose on earth, we should have the willingness to serve and God's vision in our hearts.

The fulfillment of God's vision starts with a small seed that grows in the good soil until it grows and develop It's correct form and reaches God's intended purpose.

Vision: Motivational Strength of Great Leaders

·         God's ideas generally come in quiet times in the times of peace where God reveal to us His ideas toward success.

·         Therefore our daily devotion is essential because through tis God's ideas are being revealed.

"Show me a laborer with a vision, and I will show you a man that can change history."

Vision: A Power That Comes Alive

Operate in Spiritual Level for us to embrace and fulfill the vision. Greatest Battles happens at the Spiritual realms.

God's desires relationship with His servants.

We can achieved the miracle of transformation, because God has not changed His mode of operation, like what He said to Ezekiel "Prophesy over these bones", out of nothing God is able to make something great.

What we need today is the prophetic word that comes from God for us to see revival right in the front of us.

The Successful Leader:

A Reproducer Of The Vision

"Then the Lord answered me and said: Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry." Habakkuk 2:2–3

What was Jesus's Vision?

·         To redeem humanity from damnation and bring salvation to them.

Not unless we will know and understand the vision of Jesus, we cannot reproduce it.

Now we know Jesus vision let us take part of the responsibility of reproducing it to others.

The Model of the Twelve

·         Through this Jesus's vision is reproduced.

·         It's the secret of success to disciple the nation

·         Through applying this process of reproduction helped to propagate the vision.

·         This is God's strategy since the twenty-first century

CONCLUSION:

I have learned the significance of having vision as a Leader. This means everything for us in order to become a successful leader.

God's vision makes a way in my life that I should live according it.

Now I know and understand the vision of Jesus, as a leader all we need to do now is to reproduce Jesus's vision through the model of the Twelve, following His example.

The Influence That Attracts Followers

As a Leader what kind of Influence you have for you to attract followers?

A Leader should provide a valuable input to support and establish the fulfillment of the Vision.

The Importance Of Guiding Others

Our purpose as leader is to lead and exercise our influence to others and to achieved development and reached their highest potentials.

We already have the potentials that God gave to us, the only thing that we need to do is to exercise it and develop it until we see ourselves doing extra ordinary things.

Now let us be ready to achieve our maximum level of potential in leading people so that we can lead the others and develop also their fullest potential.

Continual Motivation

To be a successful leader we must continually motivate our team.

We must be a visionary too like our pastor.

"If you stop growing today, you stop teaching tomorrow"

o    There's no professional in the ministry, we're just an apprentice.

o    So let us be an apprentice of God

Leadership is a cycle of influences.

"Imitate me, just as I also imitate Christ" 1 Corinthians 11:1

The Success of vision depends upon the righteousness of the leaders.

Qualities of a Genuine Leader

o    Consistent

o    Undoubtedly

Leadership is a job guiding others

o    Exerting positive influences

o    Recognizing Unique aspects

o    Motivating to develop plans of action

Positive influence is desperately needed to give life a righteous path.

Forge Brave Ones

To produce brave leaders we must be brave first a fearless leader. Are you that kind of leader?

o    Remember that we are God's warrior, we should be ready to fight even it will cost our lives.

Be brave like David, see how God destined him to be strong and courageous. Fighting against the armies of Philistine for them to know that there is God in Israel.

To nurture others with courage it requires proper instruction that comes from the God.

The reason why we trained others is to reveal Christ to the world.

I learned Leadership is a job guiding others.

o    A Job that is not contractual, it’s permanent.

o    A Job that requires experiences.

o    A Job that requires self-confidence, influence and courage.

A leader should have perseverance. Let us check some of the characteristic of those who has perseverance.

·         Strong optimistic spirit

·         Great Enthusiasm

·         Powerful relationship to God

The Leader Must Be A Dreamer

God has the ability to make a person from a dreamer to a leader because of the vision, through this God will open our eyes and reveals to us our great role so that we may grow and accelerate and become a blessing to our local church.

The man is immortal until he has accomplished his purpose on this earth.

Learning To Dream

In dreaming God set us apart from others because we begin to understand the desires of God's heart.

A dream that comes from God produces:

·         Peace

·         Welfare

·         Confidence

·         Happiness

A dreamer should believe and have faith in God, so that person may see the fruit of his effort and move beyond ordinary to achieved greater things.

As you know the desire of God's heart, you will find a place in the body of Christ.

Making Our Dreams Come True

The vision accompanied by the assurance of God's purpose will be our evident to others.

How to make our dreams come true?

·         It will start with the burning desires of our heart

·         Through reproducing the character of Christ in our lives

·         Be guided by God and surrounded by God's people

Total Commitment

Our commitment to God's dream will make us hard work and strategic work, that leads to success personally and bring a big impact to the church.

CONCLUSION:

God prepare us for a great work, a challenged that will release us from our place of comfort. He will start by planting a dream in our hearts and showing how to accomplish and achieved it. What He requires is our commitment to do His very purpose for us, so that we may be successful in every area of our lives, become a blessing to the church.

Let us have a burning passion in our hearts in completing God's dream in our lives, because a dream without God will leads to nothing and unworthy.

Psalm 37:4 Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart.

 If we desire a strong twelve then be prepared, be hard work and have a strategic plan.

Leadership With Specific Objectives

"Be prepared to assume great responsibilities, because the courageous conquer the mountain summit while cowards die trying to go around it" C.C.D

Clarify The Purpose

Leader began to ask the question "where is the fruit of my work?" this happen because of not having a defined objectives or specific goals.

·         The vision must have a purpose and time to define it.

Our primary objective: to feed the people with the word of God, impart the vision and transform them into a true disciple of Jesus.

The Ideal Purpose, To Make the Vision Flow

Do we know the true meaning of discipleship?

·         It's the process of developing people to be disciples of Jesus Christ.

·         It's conquering every nation, making every believers become mature and multiply to produced disciples.

Mat 28:18-19 Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations ...

Develop Leaders

Our primary task is to Develop Leaders and this requires work, prayer and Divine direction in guiding them in the fear of the Lord, until Christ likeness in being reproduced.

We should understand that each disciple is the treasure to enrich the ministry, there are "gold" in them. We should not give up on them no matter what because we will receive the reward later.

"If you want to plan for a year; sow seeds; if you want to plan for a decade, sow tress; if you want to plan eternity, sow into people"

CONCLUSION:

Let us see the significance of God's vision in our lives, for us to develop ourselves and become a disciple of Christ. After seeing it, we will move to the next stage to be used by God, through imparting the vision to others and develop them in becoming Disciples of Christ.

It may be challenging but it's worth it plus you will see the reward later in doing this.

1Corithians 15:58 Therefore, my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.

The Influence Of Character

"Whoever compares himself with those who are under him is mediocre, whoever compares himself with those on his level is a conformist whoever compares himself with those who have some advantage over him is a person with aspirations, but whoever compares himself with those who are on the summit is someone with a leader's heart." C.C.D.

The reason why many people are trying to develop a life without the fear of God, It is because they want to focus on the material things and leave their spirits completely empty. In the end they will realize and begin to ask God why it happens to me, they are in the state of desperation.

When a person is weak in his character, his accomplishments makes no sense. In this matter let us become a living testimony by being filled with the Holy Spirit and start to develop and build the solid character of Christ.

God Molds Our Character

A leader without godly character is as dangerous as a child with gun.

It's important for us to have a this kind of character when it comes to leading people, because we don't want them to lead in death rather we will show them the life with Jesus.

o    Let God build the character He wants for us.

From birth to 40 years of age	Period of Spiritual adolescence	God begin develop the consciousness of his identity
From 40 to 80 years of age	Period of Ministerial training	God develops his humility
From 80 to 120 years of age	Period of Ministerial maturity	God began to use Him

An Intense Work With Each Individual

For us to achieve extraordinary results

o    It requires intense work

o    It requires effort and patience

o    It requires courage

In developing our character it requires

o    We need to exercise patience and wisdom

o    Work together as one mind

Self-control And Decision Making

·         As a leader we must have this character for us to control our member's emotion in a positive manner, and this will define our attitude.

·         In decision making our character has important responsibility that affects the achievement of our objectives in service.

·         It determines and confirms if we are to be used as instrument of numeric multiplication and spiritual growth.

·         Our character is being formed on the river currents of this world, and this process it took years.

A Good Goal: Perfection

As God formed our character He expects us to walk with perfection, this is our goal.

God will not give us a goal we couldn't achieve.

As we aim to achieve full perfection, God surely will be in our side.

Let us develop the character of Christ in our lives through

o    Dedication

o    Consecration

o    Effort

o    Self-denial

CONCLUSION:

Let us assess ourselves what kind of character do we have right now?

Does God develop His character within you, are you being influence?

o    As leaders we must undergo in the process through the years His character will be mold in us then we became like those stones on David which he choose to face the giant.

o    As we became smooth through the process were ready to fire up a hit perfect every giants in our ways.

o    We may not perfect today, but as we have the willingness and wait upon the process God will surely help us in this matter.

Perfection cannot achieve by your own, we must be with someone who is perfect.

God's influence is enough for us to achieve it.

The Proper Attitude Of A Leader

"The motivation of man is like a watch, it does not matter the circumstances because it is always working." C.C.D

·         Attitude tends to be influenced by our circumstances.

o    Tell me who are your friends then I will tell you who you are.

·         Attitude decides our behavior when facing circumstances and is closely linked to family environment.

o    With the support of others in our dreams, it became more achievable.

·         Attitude is the state of nervous and mental disposition, organized through experience, that exerts a dynamic and guiding influence over the answers that an individual give, to objects and situation with which he keeps that relation.

o    We must have the triumphant attitude inside us, In Christian race be like an athlete aiming to reach the finish line.

An Optimistic Attitude Transforms The Circumstances

Let us discover the creative potential that God place within us.

Let us dedicate our life in the task that God gave to us until we completed it faithfully.

Not just to complete it, it requires faithfulness means doing it with full passion and dedication.

Changes Of Paradigms

Changes give opportunity for innovation.

When the opportunity of innovation come the problem is we are afraid in changes. Changes demands faith and taking the risk

Questions that we should consider

o    What paradigms do us often to use?

o    Does it come from God?

How will we obtain success if we can't accept changes that God offer to us?

o    Therefore let us become risk taker, for we don't that God is preparing something His Divine will for us.

o    Change in paradigm will lead us to God's vision

Facing Adversity

Through the tests in our lives we have given the opportunity to know God so deeply, like the story of Job despite of everything happens to his all the adversities he faces, He remain to the Lord. We will go through different tests that will bring us to the place of brokenness which God wants for us, to be broken before Him.

The question is when was the time you became broken?

Be ready for testing will come, you will face different adversities but be always reminded that everything happens for a reason and after passing this tests you will see the goodness of God.

Facing Negativism

Through the words that comes from us, Our faith was being revealed and God will judge us according to what we declare, like those ten spies who speak negatively they fell in the judgment of God, but Joshua and Caleb with their spirit of faith they conquered the promise land.

Let us not confess negatively things, instead our mouth should be a blessings and declaring faith, for our lips are created to declare blessings.

Facing Fear

What Fear does to us?

o    It will incapacitate us

o    It will distract us from God's purpose

How to defeat fear?

o    Through FAITH

Key Principles:

o    Faith comes from God and fear comes from the adversary

o    Faith takes us to success while fear lead us to failure

o    Faith produces a positive state of mind while fear produces a negative state of mind

o    Faith makes us winner while fear leads us to defeat

o    Faith brings us joy while fear brings us sadness

o    Faith produces friendship with God while fear brings loneliness

Let us face our fears and overcome it through the power of Spirit and build our faith.

Facing Stress

We should give our bodies the proper rest they need.

Stress is generally a result of excessive work without due rest or the result of not having a clear vision of what one want's in life.

Let us have a clear vision and learn to give proper rest for our bodies, for us to defeat stress.

CONCLUSION:

As part of Leadership we will face different tests which will lead us for a change after we overcome them the result is a different you compare you before the tests.

I was amazed and blessed to the testimony of Pastor Caesar about the murder attempt in his life, with her wife who remains optimistic and they hold on the Word of God. About their attitude they shown in that situation and how they face that kind of tests God respond to their faith then the result of it He spared his life.

Indeed it's true that man is immortal until he fulfill God's given mission

Indeed it's true that after tests there is testimony, and when you have the testimony you have the story.

Out of different tests that we are facing we should always remember that it's part of our growth and maturity in our faith, we became much better than before. Tests are just like charcoal that when it put in the fire, it makes even fiery. The more the test the more we get on fire.

The Leader In Difficult Times

"Have proper image of yourself. Do not be placed in subjection to others unreasonably because you risk being crushed, nor should you place yourself above others, because you risk being humiliated. Become yourself and you will have followers who admire you." C.C.D.

Failure In the Hands Of God

In order for us to multiply we should have the renewal of mind and break the barriers completely for us to achieve the will of God in our lives.

·         Dream id the language of God's Spirit

·         Dream of a great church

It all started with the dreams

Our failures and renewing of mind teaches us about all things how to conquer different barriers that hinders in our ways to multiply.

Tenacity To Endure Opposition

The strong armor of people is their internal strength that has the ability to endure any difficult situation.

The power of tenacity is about the situation you have it doesn't matter how difficult it's. The important is we remain and keep on serving God, and always encourage despite of many trials you have.

Having the kind of tenacity that comes from God we became even strong and a firm mindset which comfort our souls and encourage keeping going.

·         We acquire tenacity when we learn to give our burdens to the Lord.

·         Our mental image is transform from weak into powerful fortress.

The Power Of Persistence

·         Persistence is irreplaceable

·         Persistence must be handled in a strictly positive sense.

·         Persistence always insists on achievement by developing advanced processes.

For God to impact the whole nation He doesn't need anyone's genius but simply the disposition of each individual to execute His will. This means God look for a man that is able to do his will, no requirements, no qualifications and backgrounds just simply a man who is willing to follow  Him and do His will. God only needs a willing heart.

CONCLUSION:

When Jesus told Peter to "Come" he believe to Jesus and began to walk in the water but when he saw the waves coming his focus, his vision and his faith lost, in this difficult times Peter ask for help and said to Jesus, "Save me Lord".

As we walk and began to follow and do the will of God in our lives, let us keep on our faith and learn to focus in God, because in times of trouble as we ask for help he will be there to rescue us.

What I learn is in difficult times leader must be a leader.

Leader must keep and remain to God no matter how hard the situation and many problems may come. What is important is we persevere until the fullness of Will of God is achieved.

Psalm 46:10 Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.

The Winning Leader

"Tenacity is an internal strength that helps one endure indescribable pressures. It is similar to internal armor and great leaders are made of this material." C.C.D.

The Power Of Thought

The greatest battle of human beings is the fight in our own mind. Behind the veil of the visible is the invisible world the means. It means that it's important for us to guard our thoughts because through the mind enemy attacks in the way he wanted, if the enemy completely conquered our thoughts our bodies became unable.

We believe that the man who controls his mind will completely control his own being, as our mentor says that "If you control your mind you control the body".

God's Thoughts

Everything created through God thoughts, whatever are wonderful, beautiful, and amazing things around it's because of what God had done.

The Vision also comes from God and He is imparting to us this vision for us to act in the Divine purpose. Through the Holy Spirit, He is in change in placing God's thoughts in us.

Therefore if we want the mind of Christ we need to be close enough to the Holy Spirit through living righteous before the Lord.

Think As A Winner

·         The ability to think is the greatest blessing God gave to us.

·         Thought is like a fertile field where diligence is required in deciding what to sow in it.

·         Think like a winner and allow God to completely control it.

CONCLUSION:

To become a winning leader it will start in renewing of mind, changing thoughts and accepting God thoughts. His thoughts are about His vision to us, as a leader let us become aware in guarding our mind for victory start in the mind. I do believe that If you think that you can do then you can do, then what you think will be your actions.

·         Greater things start in our thoughts because the Holy Spirit shares to us the vision of God in our life.

·         It will start in the mind then commanding the heart.

Pro 23:7a  For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.

Effective Leader

"A visionary possesses the ability to transform the absurd into something beautiful, the vile and the despicable into something pure and the weak into something strong." C.C.D.

Let us have a very clear understanding in leadership as God molded the life of David. In his early year he became a leader of sheep a shepherd who is responsible in taking care of his flocks, through that he was trained before he became the King of Israel.

David knew the secret of persistence:

Question	Result
What does the positive mind attitude produce?	Success results.
What does mediocrity produce?	Mediocre results
What does a faithful attitude produce?	Victorious results.

Leader Are Not Born As Such, They Are Made

Through the process of character development and acquiring the influence of others, leaders are being made, through this and to the guidance of the Lord they response to their calling as leader.

Five principles to consider in becoming a Leader 

1.       All things work together for good

We served for a purpose to strengthen our character in becoming a leader through our experiences in different trials, testing and trainings.

2.       There are no losers

Never get tire of failing for even great man fail too, but instead let us not stop until we reach our desire results. As they always said that "try and try until you succeed".

3.       It is necessary to assume responsibility

As we show our responsibility it also shows the signs of our maturity and we become even committed to the vision.

One takes of steps of faith, a powerful strength develop within us.

4.       Absolute commitment

Through our commitment we show our dedication and consecration to cause drives in our service.

5.       Defining short and long-term goal

This will help us to define specific purpose.

Goals are the bricks with which purposes are built.

Reproducing In Others

We must be conscious of the need to forge successors

The new generation demands spiritual awakening

Each person must approach and maintain the highest level of service.

The true leader, worthy of being imitated is the one who instead of saying, "Go" says, "Let's go".

A Lasting Leadership

·         True leadership is not given by one's position or authoritarian rank, as is often the case their best in our society.

·         Leadership is fundamental about influence and the target of that influence is "people".

·         The number of disciples determines the success of leadership.

CONCLUSION:

An effective leader has the ability to transform a person from ordinary to an extraordinary it is because God done something great in our lives we became an instrument.

Victorious Leadership

"You possess the most precious treasure; intelligence. Protect it in the vault of truth, accompany it with wisdom, flourish it with generosity and enlarge it with integrity" C.C.D.

The Principle of Sowing (2 Corinthians 9:6-10)

·         When you sow an action, you harvest a habit.

·         When you sow a habit, you harvest character.

·         When you sow character you harvest destiny.

                               

Let's sow good things that come from noble dream so that we will see the rewards in our descendants.

·         The aftershock of what you have done.

For us to be a great leader we should have the outstanding quality and that is to be surrounded with the experts.

We Triumph Because We Are God's Masterwork

·         Adversity may add wrinkles to your life but generally the purpose of adversity is to contribute to the development of your character.

·         To lose hope means death because only the dead are hopeless. "But for him who is joined to all the living there is hope." Ecclesiastes 9:4

·         If we maintain a correct image, our world will be restored. A correct image is the result of balance life and this comes when a man understands that we were made in God's image and likeness.

·         We are the result of a thoughtful and well-designed plan develop in God's pre-established time.

·         God granted us the most precious treasures of all, intelligence and the ability to generate ideas and now we have the dominion over all His creation.

CONCLUSION:

The fundamental requirement:

·         We must fulfill to take possession of His promises, which will help us in our spiritual development until we reflect His image in our character.

For us to attain victorious leadership:

1.       Let's sow good things so that we will reap good things also.

2.       Let's face all the adversities in our lives for they will help to develop our character.

3.       Let's have a correct image and understand that we are made in the image and likeness of God.

Characteristics Of A Successful Leader

"What makes a great man is not his triumphs, but the failure that he has lived through, his tenacity, and his conquering faith before achieving success." C.C.D.

The Leader, An Emotional Man

The day that we understand the love of the Father in our lives, we began also to know Him more and to love Him more, for we are being design to give and received love.

Let's remember that if we are not able to forgive men their offenses, then our Heavenly Father will not forgive our offenses. To receive healing in our heart, it the imperative of the following:

·         Renounce all resentment

o    Resentment will produce bitterness

·         Forgive yourself

o    No condemnation for those who are in Christ

·         Forgiveness is a decision

o    Forgiveness must be a decision of will

Remember that it is a great blessing to forgive with all of your heart.

A Person Of Faith, Filled With Virtue

Only the Faithful in Christ can receive the Holy Spirit, and it is difficult for the unfaithful people because they are living under their circumstances, leaning on human logic and doesn't depend to God.

·         Faith helps us to conquer the impossible.

·         Faith and virtue go hand in hand.

Virtue - means excellence

·         Faith is the support required to achieve a victorious life.

Someone Who Acquires Knowledge

To virtue you must add knowledge.

·         Knowledge of the Scriptures is what guarantees man success and happiness.

·         Knowledge is the result of our continual relationship with God.

Two goals in Christian life:

·         External goal - What we can do for God

·         Internal goal - What we are in God.

As a leader we have a great responsibility to the world and our knowledge must be up-to-date with the demand of changing society.

Self - control

The person with self-control learns to say, "NO".

·         No to disorderly desires of Flesh

·         No to carnality instead Yes to Spirituality

·         No to small indiscretions that will lead to destruction.

With self-control we can minister more freely.

Compassion With Fraternal Affection

Compassion

·         It’s equivalent to permanent living in God's presence.

Fraternal affection

·         Expressing love to our brothers.

·         If our brother cries, we cry with him.

·         Allows us to show that we are an expression of God's eternal love.

Demolishing Arguments

We should understand that every time we had sin there was happening at the spiritual realm.  Satan using this as an argument against us and justify God's control in our lives.

·         Sin by itself brings damnation.

We should realize that when Jesus Christ died on the Cross of Calvary all the arguments were cancelled through His redemption.

·         All the arguments in the past disappear.

·         That is how Prayer is important daily for us to cast out and pull down all the arguments of the Devil.

Character Controlled By God's Spirit

People without character controlled by the Spirit are dangerous as child with a weapon. In this matter we will see the significance of the Fruits of the Spirit in developing our character.

·         Some people have the talents while others have the characters.

·         If we possesses self-control we will demonstrates patience and faith that encourage us to persevere till the end.

CONCLUSION:

"I say then walk in the Spirit and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh." Galatians 5:16

What characteristics we should have for us to a successful leader?

·         We should have the control over our emotion

·         We should have the faith that is filled with virtue

·         We should have the compassion with fraternal affection

For us to achieved those characteristics given, be reminded that without the guidance of the Holy Spirit we cannot become a successful leader. For apart from Him we can do nothing. Let our lives be under control of God's Spirit for us to develop the character of Christ.

Steps To Achieve Success

"A balanced walk consists of putting God first in our personal life, taking care of your body as the temple of the Holy Spirit, having an exemplary and exalting God's work". C.C.D.

We all want a successful life, but the question now is what we should do to achieve this kind of life. It must be clear for us that we will do something for us to achieve it.

·         What have you done for you to have a successful life?

A Strong Desire To Achieved Happiness

Happiness comes from within and therefore there must be something we will do in our spiritual life. For we believe that the real happiness comes from God.

·         The Lord provides each one of His Living water of happiness.

·         It's an extra ordinary success to have a happiness that comes from God. You cannot fake it, because it flows naturally.

Good Health

·         Let us take care of our body for it's the temple of the Holy Spirit.

o    How do you take care of your health?

o    God's Spirit dwells to our body and we represent Him on earth.

o    Our body testify about us to the world

o    Our body needs rest too, for God Himself needs rest, when He created the world and God rest at the seventh day.

·         Let's enjoy good health.

The Importance Of Acquiring Genuine Mental Peace

·         Mental Peace is the result of a good conscience.

If there is one thing I want for the whole day, it is to have peace of mind.

We all wanted to have the peace of mind. I just imagine what if it's available at the near store for sure many will grab it.

·         Genuine mental peace can only be experienced when you have left your burdens, at the foot of the cross.

Personal Safety

Many are concern for their personal safety. Be reminded always that when we decided to follow Jesus and accept Him as our Lord and Savior:

·         He is there take care and protects us.

·         His blood is enough to cover us and guard us.

A Balanced Family Life

·         The relationship and time is important in having a balanced family life.

Do not neglect our families, instead allow them to be part of God's vision and be part of the ministry that God given to us.

Pray for them, because indeed seeing them serving God as well is a great fulfillment.

·         We should know that the ministry is a family vision and has different responsibility.

Integral Prosperity

God wanted us to prosper.

·         The truth is God has already blessed us with every spiritual blessing as God said in Ephesians 1:3 and in Joshua 1:8.

·         The bible gives guidelines for us to reach God's predetermined purposes and prosperity.

·         Do not place your trust in uncertain riches; instead trust God for He is worth it.

Man obtains prosperity when he decides to turn with all of his heart to God.

Selecting Our Friends

·         Our friends should be a believer too.

o    For a real friend will lead you closer to God.

o    For a real friend is there is good times and bad times.

o    For a real friend will not a back stab you, but instead he is willing lay down his life for you. 

·         A Genuine relationship with God will lead us to keep a healthy relationship with our friends.

Hope

·         God given us the hope to conquer our dreams, this the great motivation of God for all of us in times of losing hope.

CONCLUSION:

For us to achieve success, take the given steps and begin to commit yourself then God will give what your desires.

You begin to:

·         Have achieved happiness and enjoy good health

·         Live with genuine mental peace, possess true personal safety.

·         Have a balanced family life.

·         Have good friends, experience complete prosperity and possess hope.

All of these will work as long as you remain connected to God, through having complete trust, commitment and dedication. These will lead us to walk according to His will and knowing His greater plan for us.

For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11
