PART II

[Part 2: The Twelve, Synonymous With Success] - CHAPTER 1

The Leader Is The Key

"The true leader is one who is not afraid of change; he continually changes because to lead requires innovation." C.C.D.

The Sight Placed On Each Person

·         We are all Leaders in God's perspective.
·         We have the potential which came from God's divine breath.
·         We should have the willingness to be molded for us to be transformed.
·         There are two kinds of leader :
o    A Faithful Leader - an example worth imitating
·         The Apostles
o    A Religious leader - only cares about external appearance and always justifies his actions.
·         The Pharisees
To which group do you belong?

The vision that Jesus established goes beyond simple religiosity it is the character of Christ reproduced in us so that we may reproduce it in others.

Constructing A Building With Human Stones

In constructing a building there is things to consider.
·         Consider the foundation must be the first to build.
·         Consider the people are the most important material in building the church.
o    Therefore our task is to win them and work with as Jesus did to His disciples.
·         Consider than God built His church through relational process.

Every Person Is A Leader

·         Making each person a leader who has the ability to lead people as well, this is our key goal to success.
·         There are some people possess natural leadership but lack of character, the good thing is character can be built through process.

The Secret Is In The Twelve
·         The twelve symbolizes God's government.
o    God established 12 months to govern each year and days are also governed by two periods of 12 hours each.
o    God established 12 tribes.
o    King Solomon established 12 governors.

·         God is awakening the hearts of many spiritual leaders who are willing to pay the price that this leadership demands.

The Beginning Of The Vision

·         The vision will start when you begin to have a dream.
·         As you received the vision you will have the desire to do what is the will of God. His vision start in training the twelve then the twelve will reproduce another twelve and another twelve will reproduce also and so on... As they reproduce the same character, the character of Christ.
·         As you understand the vision of God, you have given the opportunity to grow in every aspects of your life.

[Part 2: The Twelve, Synonymous With Success] - CHAPTER 2

 It's Supernatural

"All that you desire in the natural realm conquer it in the spiritual realm through faith and you will be astonished at what you can achieve." C.C.D.

It's Just A Matter Of Believing And Obeying God

·         As we walk in the Lord we begin to walk in the super natural and the character of Christ start to reproduce in every area of our live.
·         The model of the twelve is the supernatural method that the Lord Jesus implemented, It flow as it proceeded directly from the Father to His heart.

Anointing For Miracles
·         We have given the power to do miracles as the Lord Jesus anointed us.
·         By showing compassion to other people who are in need, Jesus is able to do miracles.
·         If we want to grow our cell group we must walk in the supernatural, and see how multitudes follow as the Lord performs miracle through our lives.
·         The best way to help people is by giving them solution to their problems.
·         As we received the touch of God, there is more to break away in the path of faith. For those who really knew their God they will treasure what they have received.

A Model Of Compassion
·         When the Lord felt compassion, the model of twelve was born. The Lord saw them like a sheep without shepherd.
·         As we felt the compassion that Jesus felt, we became part of God's vision.
·         Through the model of twelve the process of consolidation or preservation starts when the twelve starts caring and shepherding twelve and remain connected and has the access to the pastor and their leaders.

Pastoring Twelve At A Time

The Principle of the twelve based on Jesus' experience:
·         Revolutionary leadership model consist pf choosing twelve men and reproducing character and development of the church's vision.
·         The twelve will select another twelve, imparting the same principles.

If we desire to have a large ministry we must understand that the Lord will dig deeply into our lives and use us to do the vision.

When someone sees others growing, others feel motivated to achieve their own multiplication goals.

[Part 2: The Twelve, Synonymous With Success] - CHAPTER 3

The Conquest Of Nation

"The Principle of Twelve is a concept from God imprinted in Scripture as an inspiration for proper government and a strategy for the conquest of nations." C.C.D.

Principle Of Government
·         The government principle reflected in the mode of twelve help us to develop a spiritual cartography to identify a demonic power that works with in a region.
·         The Lord gave us the strategies on how to conquer any city or nation, through the model of twelve that provides strategic plan.

Make a General Diagnosis
How to make a general diagnosis in conquering land
·         Observe the land
·         Analyze it
·         Understand the condition of the people living there

Know The Condition Of The People
·         Are the people strong or weak?
·         What gives them strength?
·         In which philosophies are they raised, are they atheists, communists or spiritually opposed to God.

Know the factors which harden the hearts of people.
In this case an aggressive evangelism is the key to conquest, and the twelve can develop it with authority.

Determine The Scope of The Conquest
·         We must think big, because God called us to conquer nations. The model of twelve allows us to have great objectives, first in the great urban then into the smaller towns.

Discern The Environment Of The Territory
·         Is it a land of blessings or curses
·         We should identify which curses exist in the region and how to cut them off.

Do An Analysis Throughout The City
·         What is the status of the city?
·         If the city has strongholds against God, all that compromised the city had to be destroyed.

Know If The Terrain Is Fertilized For Revival
·         What is the status of the Terrain?
·         Is the land ready for Spiritual harvest?
·         Are we ready to conquer the nation with the model of twelve?

Success is not achieved because of negative confessions and beliefs that some believers hold.
·         Do not allow ourselves to be discouraged by anyone.

 CONCLUSION

The very reason why God called us, for us to be a leader:
·         A leader who knows himself according to how God sees him.
·         A leader who knows what to consider in building the church and how to build it.
·         A leader who understand God's vision.

[Part 2: The Twelve, Synonymous With Success] - CHAPTER 4

Raising Up The Best Leaders (Part 1)

"The Capacity of Leadership is measured by the way the leader strategically reproduces his vision in others." C.C.D.

The Importance Od Good Self Esteem
"… I will build my church…" (Matthew 16:18)
·         The Lord sees us as a living stones, an important stones in this church of Christ.
·         God consider each individual as part of His construction, having generated the master blue print Himself.

Practice will show us how to handle and develop each person under our care.

How to nurture them and turn them into a genuine team?

Value Them As Persons
o    Appreciate them for who they are, do not compare them to others.
o    Invest time in them.
o    Give them love and affection.

Believe In Them
o    Learn to believe your group of twelve
o    Learn to see them through eyes of faith
o    Learn to strive for their deliverance until the character of Christ be produced.

Recognized Their Triumphs
o    Learn to recognize their efforts and achievements of the team.
o    Acknowledge each one of them, even though they still need to reprove. For them to be encourage and be motivated to keep going.

Understanding Them
o    When a person goes through a test we should try to put ourselves in his shoes. Meaning we should understand what they feel.
o    The way we treated them is the way they will treated us.
Cure your wounded and they will never forget the favor. Give the deathblow, and their blood will claim vengeance over you.
o    As we do well to them, in return they will do well also to us.

Watch Over The Group's Unity
o    To keep the group united is our continuous task.
o    Work carefully and diligently guard the unity of the Spirit.
o    We must understand that sin affected our unity, let us not tolerate this in our team.

[Part 2: The Twelve, Synonymous With Success] - CHAPTER 5

Raising Up The Best Leaders (Part 2)

"Victory is a conquest of man himself, but a great victory is the result of teamwork." C.C.D.

Give Them A Hand Of Support

·         As a leader it's important to understand how the performance of everyone in the team is.
·         We will build friendship in the team of twelve and this requires mutual transparency so that we can help each one who has problems or difficulties.

The Pastor, Like A Coach, Knows The Needs Of The Group And Learn To Invest In Them
·         We must understand that it's not about the quantity but it's about the quality.
·         We don't need a fans club but instead we need a team that will work together a church that will bring glory and praise to God.
·         Through the guidance of our leaders, mentors and pastors as they invest their efforts and time, the church will grow and people begin to acknowledge God.

Give Priority To The Needs Of The Team
When you know their needs it's much easier to minister to them and the work will become much easier as we know our priority.

Concentrate On Them
·         We must have our five senses set on the success of the group and work hard to achieve it.
·         Concentrate in forming them to the full by investing time for them and praying continually.

Developing Friendship Ties
Develop first the vision of twelve
o    Vision of unity
o    Vision of brotherhood

How to develop friendship ties?
o    By sharing things together
o    By trusting them
o    By having transparent relationship

Success Is Determined By The Team
·         Success is obtained when we involve ourselves in achieving the goals.
·         This will depend on the team work of the leader and the disciple

Strong Leaders Make Strong Ministries
Our task as leader is the most noble and beneficial.
o    It demands dedication
o    It demands discipline
o    It demands devotion
Be an example for others to follow.

"The rhythm of the boss is the rhythm of the enterprise, the rhythm of the leader is the rhythm of the group, and the rhythm of the pastor is the rhythm of the church"

Submerged in the vision and walk a good rhythm.

[Part 2: The Twelve, Synonymous With Success] - CHAPTER 6

Raising Up The Best Leaders (Part 3)

"The people under your leadership are like rough diamonds, your work as a leader is to polish them so that they shine." C.C.D.

Teach Them To Grow
·         Dedicate effort in teaching, for them to grow, be guided and be motivated towards the goal.
·         Motivation must be accompanied by affection, words of encouragement and a good attitude.

Let's learn how Paul teach the Philippians people. (Philippians 3)
Verse 8 - First, we must understand the reason why we are called as leaders to do all things in this world secondary, and that we have chosen to lose all things in order to win the most important thing, the Lord Jesus Christ.

Verse 9 - Second, we must instill to our disciples that salvation will not come through their deeds but through their faith, not just faith it should be accompanied by action.

Third, we must challenge them to know the truth and that truth must be centered on the person of Jesus Christ.

Verse 10 - Fourth, we must teach them the essential truths that the power of resurrection is real and have the desire to know that power.

Verse 12 - Fifth, we must teach them to achieve anything by keeping striving and pressing on until God's purposes are being fulfilled and fully established.

Verse 13 - Sixth, we must make sure that their sights should be fix on what is ahead and focusing on the victory of our goals.

Verse 14 - Seventh, we must teach them to keep pressing forward until we reach and achieved our goals.

Verse 15 - Eight, we must teach them to achieved spiritual maturity by aiming perfection in Christ.

One's Development Is Reflected In Growth
The progress of each team member is equivalent to the success of the whole group and also to the success of the church.
Guidelines for the group developments: (1 Timothy 4:12-16)
o    Don't let anyone despise you
o    Be a good example to other believers
o    Be given to reading, encouragement, and teaching
o    Don't neglect the gift that is in you
o    Keep your life closely guarded.

·         Your strength is your doctrines therefore apply it and don't be misguided by the arguments, self-impose religion and false doctrine.
·         Let God's doctrine be followed diligently.

Form Exemplary Leaders
·         Brilliant leader create brilliant churches
·         We are being in charge to polish the vessel until each of our members will become a precious diamond that shines on its own and ready to polish others.
·         As leader we must learn how to serve.

Guide Them To Success
·         Success if for everyone
·         Personal success belongs to the entire group.
·         Motivate them to work in the spirit of unity.

Teach Spiritual Discipline
·         God's disciplines are not laborious and don't produce slavery, but they produce full freedom.
·         It became easy as the Lord summarized every law in two commandments, to love God and to love His people.

Create An Atmosphere That Brings Others Into Leadership
·         It's important to have a pleasing and inviting atmosphere to attract people and bring them to the Lord.

Challenge Them With A High Growth Model
·         Do not conform to a low standard of leadership
·         Aim for the best for we deserved the best as we do our best.
·         A leader without followers is not a true leader.
·         Aim to have a solid group of 12
·
A High Level Of Leadership Is Characterized By Control Of Vision
·         No vision, no leadership and No leadership, no vision
·         Vision and leadership work together
·         The success of leadership will be determined by having a defined vision

A High Level Of Leadership Is One That Can Be Reproduced In Others
When we reproduce ourselves to others and they are developing other leaders too, that is time when we already attained a high level of leadership.

Have you reach the highest level of leadership?
How are you willing to attain it?
o    Aim to grow
o    Aim to be a leader
o    Aim to multiply
o    Aim the highest level of leadership

Don't stop aiming until you attain it.

[Part 2: The Twelve, Synonymous With Success] - CHAPTER 7

[Part 2: The Twelve, Synonymous With Success] - CHAPTER 9

The Tick-tock Of The Clock

"Each battle won is the result of a leader who knew how to strategically place his people. " C.C.D.

All Elements Of The Vision Are Indispensable
·         Like a clock sound the success of the vision depends on which it's made up.
·         Is the vision is performing accurate?
·
·         The vision is also a system made up of essential pieces.
o    Precision
o    Affinity
o    Effectiveness

Big Ben And The Principle Of The Twelve
·         The vision has a mechanism, a system called principle of twelve
o    The base (the twelve)
o    The strategy (the moving hands to win lost souls)
·         If the leaders are incapacitated and cannot perform, the system will not work and the gears will not move.
·         It's not enough to win people, it is also necessary to consolidate the fruit and to disciple them.
·         The three vital aspects of the structure of twelve
o    Pre-encounter
o    Encounter
o    Post-encounter

Adjusting The Vision's Clockwork Through Homogenous Groups
·         Homogenous groups are a part of a strategy which guarantees harmonious and accelerated growth.
o    Let young person win another young person
o    A man win another man
o    A woman win another woman
o    A couple win another couple
o    A children win other children

Vision Of Unity And Ministerial Identity
·         "Common elements of individuals cause them to gravitate to each other and stay in cohesion and unity"

·         Homogeneity and identification allows for firm and accelerated growth, forming groups identified by something in common; age, sex, profession, etc.

·         It's important that person with same language and same perspective will work together with the same objective, the Devine vision.
·         When the groups develop and mature, dynamism emanates from the anointing of the Holy Spirit, these will bring multiplication and a big impact to the church.

[Part 2: The Twelve, Synonymous With Success] - CHAPTER 10

 Equipped For Triumph

"The anointing of God equips all to triumph. Faith inspires us, love sustains us, but only perseverance will take us to the end." C.C.D.

The Integral Formation Of The Team Of Twelve
·         After choosing the twelve which is the first part of the process, prepare them now to be disciple and equipped.
·         In this process each person will be healed, free from all the bondages, curses, afflictions even oppressions and they will be teach about the doctrinal principle regarding the vision.

A Healthy Leader Can Be Used To Heal Others
·         All members of the twelve must pass through a process of rebuilding, including healing of soul.
·         Remember that they cannot minister if they are wounded because they will just impart wounds.
·         Be healed to heal others, let us be concern about our Spiritual Health.

We Possess An External Nature
·         As part of the twelve it is important to realize that we are sons of God and therefore possess an eternal nature.
·         God's Spirit imparts the spiritual nature in each of us.

Authority Over Demons
Life form from lowest to highest
o    The mineral form (The lowest)
o    The animal kingdom
o    The human being (The highest)
Jesus knew that Calvary meant man's deliverance from demonic oppression.
The Lord took back from the adversary all power he had over humanity.

Authority Over The Curse
·         God test our heart first before He command His blessing, to see if you really live your life according to His will.
·         We must know that in this world we are in a declared war against forces of evil.
·         The blood of the Lamb is the only thing that can defeats a curse.

The Anointing Is Reproduced On Contact
·         Developing the twelve requires preparation and investment of time.
·         Also as leader we will turn people to believe as we start moving in the dimension of faith, through performing signs, wonders and miracles.
·         As leader we must transmit the master's anointing and authority to each member of our team so that they can minister effectively to others.

[Part 2: The Twelve, Synonymous With Success] - CHAPTER 11

Develop The Vision Of The Twelve

"Each disciple is a potential leader and will become what we have sown in him." C.C.D.

Break The Schemes
·         For us to implement the model of twelve it requires to abandon the traditional methods we have before and start in a different ways.
·         This vision of twelve is made very special. If we want to grow we need to embrace it.

Dig Deep To Lay Foundation
Foundation is made in preparation for us to be strong enough and being worth to be the temple of the Holy Spirit. As the Spirit is within us, we can endure anything.

Consider That Each Can Shepherd Twelve
·         The Lord gave us the responsibility to take His flocks, as we handle our own team of twelve and we are in charge to prepare them to become a shepherd of twelve too.
·         The twelve is much easier to handle than multitudes and have an effective ways to pasture people.
·         The twelve facilitate interpersonal relationship.
·         As we are being shepherded we are also shepherding others, for them to prepare to shepherd too.

Everyone Must Be Ministered To, In Order To Minister To Others
·         We should have a continuous relationship with the twelve to minister easily to them.
·         The model of twelve will work only for those who knows their stand about Jesus, and for those who don't believe in the power of healing and deliverance it will not work to them.
·         The model of twelve will is viable and effective when it's implemented in its totality and meet its requirements.

Whoever Bears The Fruit Receives The Recognition
"Therefore by their fruits you shall know them." (Matthew 7:20)

·         The twelve that we will produce should be fruitful disciples
·         We will know that a fruitful person is the one who has a goal and makes effort to achieve them.

Consider That All Are Soul Winners
·         Our main responsibility is to make sure that everyone will engage to the evangelistic work.
·         We should know that each believer has the potential to be a winner of soul for this is the important principle must be in our mind.
·         We have given the responsibility to share the Gospel message, no matter where you are and what you are.

Reproduction By Homogeneous Cell Groups Is Important
·         As we bring people to Jesus, it's important to know where they will be fit in according to their homogenous cell group for man is an extremely social being.
·         The twelve take care of their twelve no matter where they live.

Consider The Twelve As Your Assistants
·         The twelve should be our close friends and help us to assist in everything.
·         Each of them should know the vision and commits to its objectives.
·         No personal motives, only mutual respect and consecration to the cell vision.
·         The model is most efficient working when the leader is absent then someone in the twelve can temporarily take his place. Works became much easier when you have someone that will assist you.

Forming An Annex Group
·         The annexed twelve contribute efficiently to the development of the vision, because they carry out the same duties as the principals and have the same duties responsibilities.
·         All things will work better as we work together.
·         Every leader must have the ability to train other leader, for our goal is to produce a leader of leaders.
·         The annex group generates the greatest part of cellular growth.

From The Annex Group To The Principal Group
·         It is a promotion in the part of someone from the annex group to aspire in joining the principal group.
·         This will happen when someone in the principal group needs to be discipline for some justifiable cause or that person leaves for a season and replaces by one from the annex group.

The Annex Group: To Discover Talents And Gifts
·         The annex groups are allowed to discover their talents and gifts and its advantage to them and a challenge for the leader to help them to discover their potentials.
·         As we gained the trust of our leader and work alongside him we climb high in the vision.
·         Allow the annex group to aspire and have goal to be part of the principal group by motivating them to their spiritual growth.

[Part 2: The Twelve, Synonymous With Success] - CHAPTER 12

The Twelve Facing The New Millennium

"The Twelve Facing The New Millennium"  C.C.D.

God prepared the harvest these means that we must be prepared too as a leader, let us take part of the vision that we have. By winning souls and making disciples one at a time.

The Present And Future Panorama
·         Be aware of the state of the world, for we don't know what will happen but signs and prophecy happens in the end of the days.
·         We have still time to reveal encouragement of the good news for those who doubt a better future.
·
The Twelve: The World's New Generation
·         Let us be aware of the changes happening to the humanity. Christian’s todays are the new generation that will be transformed in order to reproduced in others.
·         The model of twelve is the model of opportunity for every believer to serve which everyone can participate and undergo in training/process.

The Best Team For The End Times
·         God had prepared the very best in the end, His reserve it for us.
·         We must be prepared for a tremendous responsibility which God entrust to us. This means that we must be fully committed and we will turn the world upside down with the gospel.
·         The best team in the world is those who do not look for its own glory, but look how to serve God and others.
·         Let us propagate our team to achieve the greatest harvest of souls for Christ.
